Let's Geaux, William! Help William Go To Japan!

 William H. Edwards, III, is a very determined, gifted high school student born and raised in the New Orleans region of Louisiana. He is nearing the end of his freshman year of high school. William has a deep passion for robotics, Christian ministry, ocean conservancy, volunteering, astronomy, animal care, talented arts, and gaming. His career path is engineering. He also enjoys foreign language studies, such as Spanish and Japanese. 

His greatest goal is to continue learning the Japanese language by immersing himself in the culture through a cultural exchange and academic program in Japan. 

William now has the opportunity to do so!! He was accepted into a program for Summer 2025 that will allow him to travel to Japan for 6 weeks and continue his learning while also enjoying unique cultural activities and excursions. Upon completion of this foreign language program abroad, William will earn one semester of foreign language college credit.
